摘要: 介绍了以可靠性设计分析工作流程为主线,以可靠性数据库为核心,全面支持可靠性要求制定 (定性和定量要求 )、可靠性设计分析和可靠性设计分析咨询等工作,及与传统专业软件综合应用的计算机辅助可靠性设计分析软件系统。详细论述了该系统的功能和软件结构;软件支持的可靠性设计分析功能流程;与EDA、热分析等传统专业软件综合应用进行可靠性预计、FMEA等关键技术,及软件的特点。

Abstract: In this paper, a computer aided reliability design and analysis system platform (CARDASP) is introduced, which takes the reliability design and analysis working process as its baseline, and uses database as its kernel. This system comprehensively supports reliability engineering tasks such as establishment of reliability requirements, reliability design and analysis and the related consultation. The topics are discussed in detail as follows: 1) the system's function and frame structure of the software; 2) software supported reliability design and analysis functional process; 3) critical techniques including integrated application of reliability prediction, FMEA with the traditional specialty software; 4) distinguishing features of the software. CARDASP runs in LAN of Microsoft WindowsNT/95,98 by Client/Server model.
