摘要:

飞机结构检查周期的制定需要保证结构在服役期间具有一定的可靠性,但多传力路径耳片结构中各层耳片的失效存在相关性,传统的并联系统可靠性分析方法已经不适用于该结构的可靠性分析。为解决这一问题,基于载荷共享并联系统提出了一种多传力路径耳片结构的可靠性建模方法。首先,基于载荷共享并联系统的基础理论和耳片设计准则,确定了多传力路径耳片结构的载荷共享原则和寿命等效原则;在此基础上,应用条件概率和全概率公式对任意三传力路径耳片结构进行可靠性建模,并应用于结构检查周期的校核;最后,以某型飞机的“铝-钛-铝”复合连接的耳片结构为例进行了应用分析,验证了方法的适用性和有效性。结果表明:相比传统的并联系统可靠性模型和基于对数正态分布模型的可靠性分析方法,所提方法能够很好地反映多层耳片间的相关失效,更符合多传力路径耳片结构的失效特性,从而为多传力路径耳片结构的可靠性分析提供了一种新的方法,可用于检查周期的校核和优化。

Abstract:

The inspection period of aircraft structure needs to ensure that the structure has certain reliability during service. Due to the related failure of each layer lug in multiple load path lug structure, the traditional reliability analysis method of parallel system is no longer applicable to the reliability analysis of this structure. To solve this problem, a reliability modeling method for multiple load path lug structure based on load-sharing parallel systems is proposed. Firstly, based on the basic theory of load-sharing parallel system and lug design rules, the load-sharing principle and life equivalent principle of multiple load path lug structure are determined. On this basis, the conditional probability and full probability formulas are used to establish reliability model of any three-force-transmission lug structure, and they are applied to the verification of the structure inspection period. Finally, the application of the Al-Ti-Al composite connection lug structure is analyzed, which verified the applicability and effectiveness of the method. The results show that, compared with traditional reliability models of parallel system and reliability analysis methods based on lognormal distribution model, the proposed method can well reflect the related failures among lug structures, and is more consistent with the failure characteristics of multiple load path lug structures. Therefore, this paper provides a new method for reliability analysis, which can be used to check and optimize the inspection period.
