故障诊断专家系统中诊断决策方法的研究

摘要: 被诊断系统的复杂性造成故障诊断过程效率低,耗费时间长。采用多属性决策方法可以将测试代价因素引入到对复杂系统故障诊断的决策中,以提高诊断的效率。根据故障诊断的实际情况,确定了对属性权值的约束条件,提出了一种求取MADM 权值的方法,解决了故障诊断决策中属性权值选取困难的问题。通过仿真证明和普通的方法相比,专家系统采用MADM 方法,故障诊断时间减少了1/ 5 。

Abstract: The efficiency of the diagnostic process is important and should not be overlooked in the diagnosis for complex systems. An MADM(Multi-Attribute Decision Making) method was used to enhance the efficiency of the diagnostic expert system with two factors, which were the fault possibility and the test cost . This paper proposed amethod to calculate the two factor weights wiuh an actual constrained condition in order to solve the difficulty aboutconfirming the weights in MADM. The simulation shows that the MADM method enhances the diagnostic efficiency. It takes 80 percent of the time that the normal method spends.
