航空发动机角接触球轴承轴向力间接测量方法

摘要: 航空发动机角接触球轴承轴向力是发动机设计中的一个重要参数, 明确实际轴向力大小及方向对于轴承的安全可靠应用至关重要。提出了一种基于相似原理和量纲分析的π定理进行关键影响参数分析, 以获得角接触球轴承轴向力的间接测量方法。该方法操作简单, 可用于实时监测, 能够获得轴向力的各个分量, 利于轴向力的分析和调整。与台架试验中的测力环直接测量结果的对比表明, 两者吻合较好, 相对差异在可接受范围内。该间接测量方法可在工程中应用。

Abstract: The axial load of aero-engine angular contact ball bearing is an important parameter during the engine design. Therefore, it is very important to specify the value and direction of actual axial load for the safety and reliability of the bearing. To obtain an indirect measurement method for axial load of angular contact ball bearing, the key influence parameters analysis based on similarity principle and dimensional analysis which can be operated easily for real-time monitoring is presented in this paper. This method can obtain each component of axial load, which is helpful for the analysis and adjustment of axial load. The measurement results are compared with those of load cell measurement in bed tests. It was found that the results obtained by these two methods are in good agreement, and the relative difference is within the acceptable range. The indirect measurement method can be applied in engineering.
