楔形复合材料结构电磁铆接工艺

Electromagnetic Riveting Technology in Cuneal Composite Structures

摘要: 针对某型机鸭翼、副翼装配中楔形复合材料结构铆接存在的安装损伤问题,分析了损伤产生的原因,提出采用电磁铆接方法进行铆接。研究了复合材料结构的电磁铆接工艺,通过试验得到了锪窝深度、钉孔间隙、铆钉外伸量等电磁铆接工艺参数,并提出采用斜面铆模铆接楔形复合材料结构。为分析铆接质量,对不同铆接方法的钉杆膨胀情况进行了比较,并采用C扫描对不同铆接方法铆接的接头进行了损伤检测。结果表明:采用电磁铆接工艺能够提高复合材料结构的铆接质量,斜面铆模可以减小安装损伤,能够解决普通铆接方法铆接复合材料结构时存在的问题。

Abstract: In view of the damnification in cuneal composite structures of duck wings and aileron assemblies of a certain aircraft, the article analyzes the cause of damnifying, and proposes the use of electromagnetic riveting in composite structures.Through experimental study, it advances some key parameters in electromagnetic riveting technology, such as the countersink depth, the gap between nail and hole, rivet length, and suggests using an inclined plane riveting nest in cuneal composite structures.Rivet swells on different methods are compared, and riveted joints are detected using Cscan.The results show that riveting quality is improved by using the electromagnetic riveting process in cuneal composite structures, that the installation damnification is reduced, and that electromagnetic riveting can solve the problems of ordinary riveting in cuneal composite structures.
