摘要: 将电磁悬浮技术用于火箭发动机推力测试试验台是一次新的尝试。本文给出了应用电磁悬浮技术的发动机推力测试试验台的结构,推导了系统的运动方程,并对试验台进行了系统仿真。最后对整个试验台成功进行了多发现场试验,仿真结果和试验结果都表明电磁悬浮技术用于火箭发动机推力测试是成功的,提高了测试系统的性能和推力测试精度。

Abstract: It is a new experience to apply magnetic levitation technique to thrust measurement for rocket engine. A brief introduction of the test-bed structure is given first, and the mathematic model of the whole system is developed then. Finally, some simulations based on the model developed are also taken to verify the performances of the whole system. Several in-situ experiments have been done successfully. Both the simulation and the experiments results show that the magnetic levitation technique can improve the performances of the test system for rocket engine greatly.
