摘要: 运用里滋法研究了复合材料正交层合薄壳固化变形。考虑几何非线性,建立了固化变形分析模型。探讨了不同铺层顺序对固化形状的影响。理论和实验结果吻合较好。基于理论模型的计算和实验均表明,薄壳不存在如同薄板那样的分岔现象。模型对薄壳的制造也具有指导意义

Abstract: An analytical model is established by means of Ritz method to calculate the cured shape of cross ply unsymmetric composite laminated shells.The influence of stacking sequence on the cured shape of a composite shell is discussed. The result of calculation correlates well with the experimental result. These results all show that the bifurcation phenomenon, which is very common in composite laminates, does not exist in composite shells. The conclusion is instructive to manufacture of composite laminated shells.
