摘要: 研究氢作为暂驻元素渗入Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al(Ti-10-2-3)合金以后对细化晶粒组织和提高其超塑性性能的效果。首先用金相观察和定氢技术优化了细化Ti-10-2-3合金显微组织的渗氢除氢制度,然后结合材料渗氢前的组织,安排了一组正交试验考察渗氢处理前后晶粒组织和超塑性力学性能的变化。

Abstract: This paper is aimed at investigating the effects of using hydrogen as a temporary al-loying element in Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy on its microstructural refinement and superplastic be-havior.Firstly,the metallographic inspections and the hydrogen content analysis are used to optimize the hyd rogenation treatment regimes to refine the microstructures of the Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy.Secondly an orthogonal test layout is arranged to determine the changes in the microstructures and the superplastic behavior ofthis alloy before and after the treatment in combination with its starting structure.
