摘要: 对碳纤维、玻璃纤维混杂复合材料的层间、层内及夹芯结构试样在拉伸试验中混杂效应的理论估算与实验研究,揭示出了混杂比、分散度对混杂效应的影响规律,建立了估算混杂效应的经验公式,其计算结果与实验结果较为一致。

Abstract: This research deals with the problem of theoretical estimation of hybrid effect in tensile experiment of sandwich, interply and intraply hybrid composites, a microstructural parameter--dispersion coefficient((?)) is defined for the description of the dispersion of different kinds of fibres in hybrid composites and it can be used for quantitative comparison of dispersion of fibres in different hybrid composites. The research reveals the quantitative relationship among hybrid effect and hybrid ratio, and the dispersion of low-elongation and highelongation fibres in hybrid effect. An empirical formula is formed to estimate hybrid effect. The estimated values are in good agreement with experimental data.
