摘要: 针对复合材料蒙皮芳纶纸蜂窝夹层结构件,在实际检测中发现采用喷水穿透法超声C扫描检测时零件局部位置超声衰减较大,但采用反射法超声A扫描检测时未发现缺陷,采用数字成像射线(DR)检测时仅能对少部分缺陷进行定性,且极易发生漏检,导致该类缺陷无法判别。采用多种无损检测方法(如水浸聚焦反射法超声C扫描、空气耦合穿透法超声C扫描、反射法红外、激光剪切散斑、X-射线计算机断层扫描(X-CT)等)对穿透法超声衰减较大的区域进行检测,其中X-CT检测可对大部分缺陷进行定性定位分析。试样解剖结果显示,引起穿透法超声衰减大的原因是蜂窝芯中存在两类缺陷:芯格塌陷和胞壁鼓泡,这些蜂窝芯缺陷采用射线透照检测较难发现,但对超声的传播却有非常明显的衰减作用。通过制造带有缺陷的试验件模拟验证超声检测结果,初步探讨了缺陷的产生原因。

Abstract: In the practical test of the composite aramid paper honeycomb sandwich structure, a large ultrasonic attenuation is found in water-squirting through-transmission ultrasonic C-scan detection, while no defects are detected by the pulse echo ultrasonic A-scan method and only a few detects can be identified by the Digital Radiography (DR) method. In this paper, various nondestructive testing methods (such as immersion focused pulse echo ultrasonic C-scan detection, air-coupled through-transmission ultrasonic C-scan detection, reflection infrared detection, shearography, X-ray Computed Tomography (X-CT), etc.) are used to detect the area of large ultrasonic attenuation caused by the through-transmission ultrasonic method. Qualitative localization analyses of most defects are carried out by X-CT detection. The sectional profile of the samples shows that two types of defects in the honeycomb core are the main causes of ultrasonic attenuation in the penetrating method:collapse defects and lattices bubbling defects. These defects are difficult to be detected by X-ray penetrating detection, but they can cause obvious attenuation in ultrasonic propagation. The ultrasonic detecting results are verified by testing the pieces with defects.
