摘要: 随着结构轻量化概念的逐渐普及和发展,聚合物及其纤维增强材料在航空结构逐步得到了应用。聚合物及其纤维增强材料具有密度小、比强度高、耐腐蚀、耐热性好等优异性能,采用金属/聚合物复合结构既可以提高结构整体使用性能,又可以减轻重量、节约成本、实现轻量化的目标。从金属/聚合物连接的背景意义出发,对胶接、机械连接、激光焊等几种在金属/聚合物结构的连接中应用范围较广且工艺较为成熟的方法的优劣势进行了分析,并重点介绍了金属/聚合物基于摩擦连接技术研究现状,主要包括搅拌摩擦缝焊、搅拌摩擦点焊、摩擦铆接、摩擦注射铆接以及摩擦自铆接5种连接方法在金属/聚合物结构连接中的应用情况。最后,对金属/聚合物连接技术所涉及的连接机理及未来的研究方向进行了总结与展望。

Abstract: With the gradual popularization and development of the lightweight structure concept, polymers and their fiber-reinforced materials are being applied in aviation structures. Polymers and their fiber-reinforced materials have excellent properties such as low density, high specific strength, good corrosion resistance and heat resistance, etc. The adoption of a metal/polymer composite structure can not only improve the overall performance of the structure, but also save costs and reduce weight. This paper firstly discusses the background of metal/polymer joining technologies, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of adhesive bonding, mechanical fastening, laser welding, and other joining technologies, which are widely used and mature technologies. Current metal/polymer friction-based joining technologies, including friction stir welding, friction stir spot welding, friction riveting, friction injection riveting, and friction self-riveting welding, are highlighted and their applications in metal/polymer structure are discussed. The joining mechanisms and the future research directions are also summarized.
