Abstract: Varied population-environment data which come from the testing phases of component's developing course are recommended to be used by Lindstrom-Madden method for integrated evaluation of system reliability. First,it is discussed how to use varied environment data to evaluate reliabilities of varied population component and unvaried population component. Then, the improved L-M method is presented based on the above process. The method can be used to evaluate the system reliability. An engineering instance of evaluation shows that the result of reliability is more accurate because of the increased samples which are used for evaluation of component reliability.
