SIMULATION OF COVARIANCE ANALYSIS DESCRIBING EQUATION TECHNIQUE FOR TERMINAL WEAPON DELIVERY

Abstract:

The way using the covariance method to determine ensemble statistics of terminal weapon delivery simulation is developed, which has an advantage of using only one pass to obtain performance statistics. The mean and covariance equations for the air ground weapon delivery simulation are established. The result is compared with that of Monte Carlo method. All these capabilities provide a useful analytical tool for evaluating aircraft weapon systems.
