Abstract: This paper absorbs and digests a new foreign method of thinking,that is,the S-F Framework Theorv named ″ Substance Structure Form and Function Theorv″. Aresearch into the formation of the enterprise adaptive mechanism and a study of the internal and external fac-tors affecting enterprise adaptive mechanism through investigation and statistics analysis of 156 enterprises reveal the main factors for this mechanism of enterprises,Therefore,This finding is useful in enterprise management.
