THE MODEL OF MTT SYSTEM AND COMPENSATION OF VEHICLE MOTION IN AIRBORNE RADAR

Abstract: The radar multiple\|target tracking(MTT)technique has been applied widely in air defence systems and air traffic control systems. In this paper,some special problems about MTT in airborne radar application,the choice and transform of coordinate systems, the stabilization and compensation for the own\|ship motion, are discussed as focal points. A model of the algorithm is built, and computer simulations are completed.The research results indicate that the stabilization and compensation of the vehicle motion are very important in the airborne MTT. The algorithm model based on NED and RHV coordinate systems has very good performance in airborne MTT application. Its advantages are easy decouple, avoidance of nonlinearity, less computation and higher accuracy.
