Abstract: An approach of the rotor blade loads transference is presented in this paper. This approach, based on load identification, transference and dynamic response analysis, utilizes the measured strains of aerodynamically scaled model rotor blade or of known rotor blade to obtain the unknown rotor blade loads. The airloads of blade are considered as a combination of two parts: one is the function of the deflections of blade and the other, which is equal for two aerodynamic scale blades, is independent of them. The equality of loads, which is not the function of blade deflections, of two blades makes the blade loads transferred. For blade flap airloads of steady flight, the transference equations are derived. Finally, this approach is verified by the rotor blade test results.
