Abstract: Fatigue failure is caused by the cumulative damage, so the method for fatigue reliability analysis of structures under random stress range loadings must be different from that for statics reliability analysis, In this paper stochastic functions are used to describe the S-Afrelation ship, and Miner's linear damage accumulation theory is employed to set up a model for the relia bility analysis of structure under random stress range loadings. The model is called Random Deterministic cumulative damage Reliability Model (RDCDR model) in this paper. The parameters in the model can be eva luated from the data of fatigue test under constant range stress loadings with Maximum-Like lihood Method. Monte-Carlo Method is used to give a numerical solution for the model .Examples of application are demonstrated.
