Abstract:

Based on analyzing the heat transfer mechanism governing the thermal status of aircraft as a whole, the thermal analysis models are derived. By introducing a wall heat flux function, the effects of aerodynamic heat transfer and thermal radiation outside aircraft skin are transformed into a kind of flexible thermal boundary condition for the internal thermal analysis, which helps to realize the decoupling of inside and outside thermal interaction. By domain decomposition technique, the whole aircraft is divided into many regions to make the solution relatively easy.
