STUDY OF TESTING AND MODELING ON THE NONLINEAR DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF WIRE NETTING-OIL COUPLING SHOCK ABSORBER

Abstract:

A wire netting-oil coupling shock absorber is designed through coupling the wire netting, oil, rubber and metallic elastic components by ingenious tactics to meet the demands of resisting violent impact and attenuating vibration in vibration-impact-safety of electronic-information equipment. The key-model machine is suitable to install in various trends and shows the stiffness and damp in three directions in an installed-trend and it can be applied for aero-purpose. The key-model machine shows the strong nonlinear dynamic characteristics in multi-parameter coupling dynamic tests. Based on this, the nonlinear dynamic characteristics model is established through combining the theoretical analysis and the actual structural parameters are applied in modeling. Analytic result is illustrated to show that the coupling shock absorber has a good dynamic performance and controllable design-capability; in the meantime, the modeling method is suitable to research and design of other shock absorbers.
