RESEARCH ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INTELLIGENT DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM FOR SPACECRAFT

Abstract:

Fault diagnostic system is of great importance in monitoring and controlling spacecraft in the ground control center. The bottleneck problem of knowledge acquisition for spacecraft fault diagnosis has been solved by using fault tree knowledge. The paper presents fault diagnosis and alarm methods based on fault tree. Fault tree oriented diagnosis knowledge and alarm knowledge representation methods based on frame and generalized rules are presented, and the relevant reasoning strategies are described. Finally, by using Borland C ++ under Windows, the authors have developed a fault diagnostic prototype system whose validity has been demonstrated by diagnosing a satellite power system fault simulation testbed.
