Abstract: In this paper, the flight control system of aircraft for the approach glide phase is designed by using Qmatrix modification in the time domain in low-altitude wind shear. The wind shear gradient vf is regarded as a parameter of time invariant linear system in the design. Then the effect of the intensity of wind shear on the designed system will be reduced. In other words, the system will possess the stability robustness. In order to compare the results of two designs, the same system is also designed by minimizing the guadratic form performance index. In addition, how to choose the elements of matrix Q& Qs in the system design is explored.
