Design and simulation for new fluid elastomer vibration isolator

Abstract:

To address big vibration level of helicopter fuselage, a new fluid elastomer vibration isolator with special cant connection is designed. Based on the dynamic model and simulation, the load transmission characteristics and parameter influence of the fluid elastomer vibration isolator are analyzed. The results of performance calculation show that the design can increase static stiffness under the assumption that vibration isolation efficiency in all directions above 60%, and applicability to engineering applications.
