摘要: 在适配器与某导弹弹体分离过程的受力分析的基础上,建立了适配器分离动力学和运动学方程;在进行影响适配器分离可靠性随机因素分析的基础上,对随机因素进行了简化,同时根据某导弹的研制要求确定了分离动作故障判据,并相应建立了功能函数;最后,应用响应面法与一次二阶矩法相结合计算某导弹与适配器分离动作可靠度,并且编制了相应的计算软件。

Abstract: The main contents of this paper are the research and calculation of the separating action reliability of themissile and its adapters. After establishing the dynamic and kinematic equations of the adapters during its separatingaction, the authors analyse the random factors which have effects on the reliability of separating action, and definethe random variables according to the engineering condition. In order to calculate the reliability of the separating action, a failure criterion is defined, and the G-function is established according to the response surface method. Atlast, the reliability of the separating action is calculated by using the first-order second-moment method and MonteCarlo method. The results show that the method can satisfy the missile engineering developing requirements.
