摘要:

为1台无轴承永磁同步电机设计了单输入单输出LQG/LTR控制器,并对有轻载和白噪声干扰时的悬浮性能进行了仿真研究。结果表明,空载时稳态悬浮精度在60 μm以内,且控制器具有较强的鲁棒性。为提高稳态悬浮精度,考虑到无轴承永磁同步电机X和Y2个自由度间的耦合,为同一台电机设计了双输入双输出的集中控制器。结果表明,控制精度提高到30 μm以内,悬浮性能优良。

Abstract:

A SISO LQG/LTR controller is designed for a bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the suspension performance with light load and white noise disturbance is investigated, the simulation results show that the controller is robust and can ensure the displacement within the range of ±60 μm when the motor is unloaded. To improve the precision of suspension performance and considering the coupling of Xdirection and Ydirection, a BIBO controller is designed, the results show that the BIBO controller can ensure the displacement within the ran.
