军用飞机无维修工作期参数分解方法研究

摘要: 针对目前军用飞机设计中无维修工作期(Maintenance-free Operating Periods, MFOP)指标无法分解和落实的问题,通过对基本可靠性、故障预测、系统重构和冗余设计等影响军用飞机MFOP实现的主要因素进行分析和数理建模,提出了一种军用飞机MFOP参数的分解流程和方法,为MFOP由使用参数(使用要求)向合同参数(设计要求)的分解提供初步的方法基础,能够为军用飞机的MFOP指标分析论证和基于MFOP的飞机可靠性设计工作提供一定的理论指导.

Abstract: In order to decompose maintenance-free operating periods (MFOP) parameters and realize them in the development of military aircraft, the factors for MFOP implementation, such as basic reliability, fault prediction, system reconfiguration and redundancy design, are mathematically modeled. An MFOP decomposition approach is proposed which can provide a basis for MFOP decomposition from utility parameters to contract parameters, and serve as theoretical guidance for MFOP index analysis and aircraft reliability design.
