钉载孔挤压强化元件疲劳寿命研究

摘要: <正> 钉孔挤压强化能大幅度地提高构件(试件)的疲劳寿命〔1〕。但由于钉孔挤压后的变化,钉载孔疲劳寿命的预测增加了难度,目前尚无成熟的办法。本文提出了一种钉孔挤压强化疲劳寿命计算的实际工程应用办法。首先计算孔挤压后的残余应力场,然后计算挤压孔的疲劳寿命。

Abstract: Using the local stress and strain method, this paper presents an engineering approach to predict the fatigue life for coldworked fastener holes. The approach is based on the fatigue experiment, fracture analysis and residual stress computed by elasto-plastic finite element method. The fatigue life predicted by the approach is well agreed with the experiment. The approach is convenient and spends less computer time.
