预变形对铝锂合金强度和韧性的影响

摘要:

研究了时效前预变形对铝锂合金强度和韧性的影响,分析了时效前的预变形使冲压体件强度和塑性提高的原因。结果表明:铝锂合金2090与时效处理相匹配的最佳预变形量为5%~10%;而对于Mg/Cu=0.4的8090,其预变形量以6%~8%为佳;对于Mg/Cu=0.8的8090,其预变形量以2%~6%为佳。

Abstract:

The influence of the preformation before the ageing on strength and tenacity of Al Li alloys is studied, and the reason is analyzed for the increase in punch parts strength and tenacity as the result of the preformation before the ageing. The result showed that the optimum preformation of Al Li alloys 2090 before the ageing is 5%~10%,and for Al Li alloys 8090 of Mg/Cu=0.4 the optimum preformation is 6%~8%, and for Al Li alloys 8090 of Mg/Cu=0.8 2%~6%.
