摘要:

针对空心叶片类铸件薄壁在定向凝固过程中横向收缩受阻的特点,采用薄板工字型试样,进行了定向凝固Al-Cu合金和Rene125合金的热裂倾向试验研究,并用凝固分析的方法对定向凝固叶片类铸件热裂规律性进行了讨论。

Abstract:

Hot cracking experiments were carried out for Al Cu and Rene125 alloys. The hot cracking regularity of directionally solidified alloys obtained from experiments and theoretical analysis was concluded.
