应力波在变截面杆中传播的数值分析

NUMERICAL ANALYSES OF STRESS WAVE PROPAGATION IN A VARIABLE SECTION BAR

摘要: 利用HONDO有限元程序对应力波在变截面杆中的传播进行了分析。根据分析结果提出采用有台阶的锥形调制器取代现有调制器可以解决手提式铆枪过重的问题。有台阶的调制器对应力透射波的放大效果不会有明显变化,但可减轻重量50%以上。同时利用该程序对应力波在不同几何构形的调制器中的传播进行了对比分析,根据输出波形的质量对应力波调制器的几何尺寸进行了优化设计,提出了锥体的底角和直径范围。

Abstract: The paper analyses the stress wave propagating in a variable section bar using HONDO finite element computer program.It is shown that the present stress wave focussing means of electromagnetic riveter should be replaced by the focussing means with flight of steps,and its stress wave amplification rate is similar to that of the present focussing means. The analysis results of stress wave propagation in different size focussing means give out more reasonable geometric parameters, the bottom angle of the cone should be more than 45°, and the rate of the diameter of flight of steps to the diameter of cone should be greater than 5:2.
