轮盘低周疲劳寿命可靠性分析新方法

摘要:

从MansonCoffin公式出发, 建立了新的低周疲劳寿命失效临界函数及其对随机变量的导数公式, 并结合概率有限元法求得轮盘低周疲劳寿命的可靠度, 从而解决了采用Landgraf寿命公式的不足。结果表明, 本文所提出的新方法在发动机轮盘应变水平范围更趋合理, 且结果偏安全。

关键词: 低周疲劳寿命, 随机有限元法, 可靠性, 失效临界方程

Abstract:

A new method fo r reliability analysis of discs'LCF life is p resented. In the method,a failure crit ical equat ion deduced direct ly from the M ansonCoffin LCF life fo rmulae and itsderivat ivesw ith respect to the random variables are given. By use of p robabilist ic finite elementmethod, a new fo rmulat ion fo r reliability analysis of discs'LCF life is set up. F inally, severalnumerical examp les are given. The comparison betw een the results obtained from the p resentmethod and tho se obtained by use of the method deduced direct ly from L andgraf's LCF life fo rmula demonst rates that the p resent method is mo re reasonable in the p ract ical st rain range ofaeroengine discs and safer reliability results of discs'LCF life can be obtained from it.
