摘要:

提出了一种复合材料纤维铺放路径的生成算法。首先探讨了铺放方向的确定,基于由芯模形心线得到的铺放参考线,针对沿0°,45°,90°这3种铺放情况,设计了具体的铺放路径生成算法。在此基础上,建立了纤维丝数与铺放路径间的对应关系,基于铺放路径的等距离线,提出并实现了一种纤维裁剪算法,使得复合材料纤维较为均匀地铺放在芯模表面。基于CATIA CAA,开发了相应软件模块。通过铺放过程的模拟,对本文算法进行了验证。

Abstract:

A path planning algorithm for composite fiber placement is proposed. First the determination for fiber placement is discussed. On the basis of the fiber placement reference curves obtained through the central curves of the core mould, the fiber placement path generation algorithm is designed for 0°, 45° and 90° placement directions. Furthermore, the corresponding relation between fiber number and placement path is established.
