永磁电磁轴承产生悬浮力的机理研究

摘要: 对永磁偏置的主动磁悬浮轴承 (永磁电磁轴承 )产生悬浮力的机理进行了研究,导出了永磁磁通与电磁磁通同时作用时永磁电磁轴承的磁路基本方程及吸力方程,说明了永磁参数对永磁电磁轴承承载能力及刚度系数的影响。结果表明 :当偏置磁通大于饱和磁通的一半时,实际承载能力为最大;增大永磁内部磁动势可以提高轴承的承载力、稳定性及减小功放损耗。

Abstract: The mechanism is studied for permanent magnet biased AMB to produce magnetic suspension force. The basic equation of magnetic circuit and the equation of suction are derived when permanent magnet flux and electromagnetism flux simultaneity is effected for PMEB(permanent magnet electromagnetism bearing). The paper also analyzed the effect of permanent magnet parameters on the carrying capacity and stiffness of PMEB.It is concluded that the practical carrying capacity reaches a maximum when biased magnet flux is over moiety of saturation flux, and loading capacity of HMB can be raised; furthermore the power consumption can be lowered when increasing the interior magnetomotive of permanent magnet.
