摘要: 建立了沸石—水吸附式制冷系统吸附床在非第1类边界条件时的二维传热传质模型。应用该模型进行了强化传热传质过程的研究,讨论了肋片数量、肋片物性参数、吸附床的有效导热系数、接触热阻等参数对脱附时间的影响。结果表明,增加肋片可以改善吸附床的性能,其中肋片的数量和接触热阻对性能的影响较大,而肋片本身的物性参数影响不大。

Abstract: To investigate the heat and mass transfer process inside the zeolite water adsorption bed, a two dimensional model has been established for the second class boundary condition. With this model, effects of the number and materials of the fin, the effective thermal conductivity of the bed and the contact heat resistance on the performance are studied. The results show that the fin can greatly improve the performance, and the number of fins and the contact thermal resistance play an important role, but on the other hand the material of the metal fin is less important.
