摘要:

通过湿热谱老化试验,研究了湿热谱老化对复合材料层压板拉伸和冲击后压缩(CAI)强度的影响。试验结果表明,湿热老化引起严重的强度降,特别是冲击后压缩强度。老化后损伤面积不扩展或扩展很小。

Abstract:

The mechanical properties of carbon fiber composites (CFC) exposed to constant environmental conditions are well known, but the effects of rapid high temperature excursions (thermal spikes) are less well understood. The effects of such thermal spikes on tension strength and compression strength after impact (CAI) of composite laminates subjected to a range of conditions of temperature, humidity and spiking have been investigated. Five types of specimens were carried out in this project. The results show that wet/hot aging degraded seriously the strength of laminates, especially CAI. Impact damage areas after aging did not grow or grew a little.
