摘要: 探讨了基于神经网络理论在CAPP系统开发工具的应用;建立了工艺过程设计系统的ANN模型;详细讨论了工艺过程设计系统的推理机制,并给出了用集成BP网络选择加工方法及通过改进Hopfield网络确定工艺路线的过程。

Abstract: rtificial Neural Network is the frontier suUect,which is used as a new and powerful technique means and theoretical method for studying intelligent tool for CAPP systems and es-tablishing the CAPP system model based ANN,Selecting machining operation and design pro-eess routing are the main items in process planning, which can be separately realized by inte-grated BP Network and constrained Hopfield Network. The fonner consists of a control network and several feature sub-networks. The latter is a non-linear dynamics system,which can be used to arrange feature machining order and operation sequences through establishing energy function and calculating permutation matrix. The inference mechanism in CAPP system is discussed in detail by means of ANN’s computing mechanism instead of traditional symbol inferenee,Some practical data are derived for expounding the ANN function for CAPP mentioned before.
