Research on readiness assessment system method of physical testing technology for strength of aircraft structures

摘要: 针对目前国内外航空飞行器结构强度验证过程中所需的物理试验技术成熟度缺乏清晰、量化评价的问题,开展针对航空飞行器结构强度物理试验技术成熟度评价体系研究。构建了航空飞行器结构强度物理试验技术成熟度评价体系框架,定义了航空飞行器结构强度物理试验关键/体系技术内涵、成熟度等级划分方法/确定方式、等级条件/评估方法以及评价流程等,并分别列举了典型应用案例。本文提出的技术体系及评价方法适用于航空飞行器各类结构强度验证过程中物理试验的成熟度定量评价,为航空飞行器结构强度专业清晰掌握相关技术成熟度等级、规划未来发展方向提供方法支持。

Abstract: In response to the lack of clear and quantitative technology readiness assessment of physical tests required for the strength verification process of aircraft structures both domestically and internationally, research was conducted on the readiness assessment system of physical testing technology for aircraft structure strength. A framework for evaluating the readiness of physical testing technology for aircraft structural strength was constructed, the key/system technical connotations, readiness level classification methods/determination methods, level conditions/assessment method, and evaluation processes for aircraft structural strength physical testing were defined, and typical application cases were listed. The technical system and method proposed in this article are applicable to the quantitative evaluation of the readi-ness of key physical testing technologies and system technologies in the verification process of aircraft structural strength, providing methodological support for the structural strength profession to clearly grasp the relevant technical maturity levels and plan future development directions.
