Abstract: The shortage of airspace capacity is one of determinants that lead to the modification of airspace structure.Modification of airspace structure requires a series of technique analysis and demonstration.Assessing the security of modified airspace is one of the most important works. On the basis of summarizing Reich model and the related literatures, the authors perfect collision risk model in condition of considering radar control separation, and present the air traffic controller intervention calculation models in condition of appearing conflicts considering radar control separation without No Transgression Zone and only considering No Transgression Zone.Consider adding an airway parallel to the single airway which lies between Beijing and Shanghai, then new airway and the existing airway make up of parallel area navigation airway.According to the above models the lateral separation standard is analyzed and confirmed, the security of new system is assessed and the air traffic controller intervention situation is also analyzed. It is helpful for more adjustment of airspace sector structure.
