Study of Starting Characteristics for Mixed-compression Inlet with Instantaneous Injection

摘要: 针对冲压发动机转级过程中可能出现的混压式进气道不起动现象,提出了一种新的瞬间射流调节方式,并开展了非定常数值模拟。结果表明,利用储气腔内高压气体的瞬间喷射,可以实现进气道不起动流场的再起动,且气体质量最少需要0.011 kg,射流作用时间最多持续27 ms,具有较高的工程应用价值。深入研究发现,射流引起的进气道溢流是实现再起动的主要机理,射流流量大小及变化速率是决定进气道能否再起动的关键因素。射流流量变化速率越小,初始流量越大,进气道越容易再起动。最后利用微元法得到了射流流量随时间变化的函数关系式,并和数值模拟值进行了对比,分析了射流总温、储气腔容积和出口面积等设计参数对射流流量及进气道再起动特性的影响。

Abstract: A new instantaneous injection technique aimed at the restart of mixed-compression inlet during the transition of ramjet is researched using the unsteady numerical simulation method. The results show that with the instantaneous injection of the 0.011 kg high pressure gas on ramp, the unstart flow of inlet will restart after about 27 ms, because of the increased mass spillage of inlet by blockage of injection. The influence of mass flux curves of the injection on restart performance is researched, which shows that the higher initial mass flux of injection and the slower drop about time, the closer to restart for inlet. Finally, an equation of mass flux of injection versus time deduced by the differential element method is compared to numerical simulation results, and the influence of total temperature of injection,volume and exit area of gas container on mass flux of injection and restart performance of inlet is analyzed.
