Abstract: A data management and information exchange for a large CAD, CAE , CAM integrated system are realized by using data base, Archines technique and Universal File Format technique. The program flow and data flow of the system are operated by a common executive control system which provides a good common user interface. So the CIEM system structure frame is formed. Based on the frame, a great number of aircraft application programs including some graphic programs are integrated and the program flow is also realized. This is the CIEM integration technique.
