Abstract: The investigation of corrosion-fatigue life on aircraft structures mainly depends on the tests and analyses by substituting typical structural parts (fatigue + corrosion) for the full-scale structures. It is important to study the aircraft local environment spectrums farther on the basis of the airport macro environment spectrum. Firstly, the cabins of an airplane are simplified to 3 states (Open, Half-open, Close) according to fuzzy cluster analysis. Secondly, lots of local climate environment data of temperature and relative humidity in ground service are obtained by actual measurement and also the linear relations among weather parameters and those of the airplane cabins and among those of a sort cabins are founded. These relations and the airport macro environment spectrum can be used together to establish the corrosion-environment history experienced by the aircraft local cabins and compile local environment spectrums. Further on, typical structural parts of an aircraft structure can be settled more reasonable by these results.
