Abstract: Frequency Response Function (FRF) matrix is used as a mathematical model between inputs and outputs in the multidimensional vibration system. A method is presented for FRF matrix measurement when multiple sinusoidal vibration response is controlled. The error is analyzed between the system real-time outputs and the reference outputs which are set ahead of testing. By sampling the response and force signal more times, the response matrix and force matrix are established. Using the equations of vibration motions, the least norm solution is solved as FRF matrix estimation. A sinusoidal vibration control algorithm is also presented, and a criterion using the real-time response signals is set forth to check the precision of FRF matrix measurement. Example testing shows the effects of FRF matrix measurement method and the control results of response magnitude and phase are all satisfied.
