Abstract: The ! kinetics and properties of bisphenol A dicyanate ester/ epoxy resin/ novolac resin system were discussed. Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),Kissinger equation and Ozawa equation were employed to detect thekinetics of co-curing system. The apparent reactive activation energy ( Ea) was 62.94kJ / mol, and velocity constantof reaction under 25 ℃( K25 ℃) was 9184 ×10 - 51 Dielectric and mechanical properties of the laminate composite reinforced by E-glass were investigated. The results showed that composite of co-curing system possess excellent integrated properties. Compared with composition based on cyanate ester/ E-51 system, inclusion of 15wt % novolac resinled to 6 % and 15 % increase in the flexural strength and interlaminar shear strength, respectively. The dielectricloss and water absorption decreased 33 % and 8 %, respectively.
