THE DESIGN OF ROBUSTNESS STABILITY OF AIRCRAFT LATERAL CONTROL SYSTEM

Abstract: The Reversed-Frame-Normalizing (RFN) method is employed to analyse and design the robustness of aircraft lateral control system. In comparison with Inverse Nyquist-Array (IKA) method, the RFN method for the system could not only design the stability and dynamic performances but also provide robustness with respect to plant uncertainty. Numerical results are presented for a two-input/two-output lateral control system of a high-altitude and high-speed fighter.
