Abstract: The electronic components on the missile will go through multiple task stages, and the plan of each stage is designed independently without considering the influence between stages in the accelerated life test, which will bring great deviation to the test results. In this paper, a comprehensive design method of the task-oriented accelerated life test plan under Weibull distribution is proposed. Based on the sensitive stress analysis at different stages, a segmented accelerated life model is constructed. The hierarchical hybrid design method is used to determine the overall test profile to solve the problem of stress level combination in different stages. Then the failure rate-based variable stress accelerated life test model is used to design the two-stage overall plan. Taking the asymptotic variance of the median life estimation of the product under normal stress conditions as the optimization criterion, the maximum likelihood estimation theory is used to construct the mathematical model of the comprehensive design, so as to realize the ALT design under Weibull distribution with the non-constant shape parameter in stages. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the case analysis.
