Cabin environment design and application for hypersonic vehicle

Abstract:

The research of hypersonic flight vehicle actuator cabin's environment control technology is conducted, including reusable heatproof structure's thermal protection design, actuator cabin's thermal protection configuration design, and actuator cabin's dynamic sealing design. According to different positions of cabin, three forms of configuration designs are applied, i.e., heat isolating, radiation and heat sink. Integrated dynamic sealing design is applied between actuator and cabin. The appropriate thermal protection system parameters are selected through analyzing the heat-insulating property, carrying capacity and thermal simulation.
