摘要:

1.变量原理和供油量的一般计算公式 双作用叶片泵的转子径向液压力平衡,轴承负荷小,寿命高,且工作转速已可达40000~50000r/min,可实现由航空发动机直接传动,是一种有发展前途的航空发动帆燃油泵.现有的双作用叶片泵几乎都是定量泵,其供油量只能用外部回油调节,功率损失和发热量都很大。

Abstract:

Displacement of double-acting vane pump can be changed with varied plans.This paper discusses one of the plans, that is, double-acting variable-displacement vane pump with rotary stator-ring. Stress has been laid on flow control characteristics of the Pump. In this paper, a calculation approach of theoretical flow of the above metioned type piusp is presented,The control characteristics of vane pumps with three typical contour curves of stator is analysed and compared.
