含裂纹板的复合材料胶贴修补分析

摘要: 对以纤维增强复合材料为补钉的含裂纹金属板的胶贴修补采用8结点等参元计算了胶贴修补后裂纹前缘应力强度因子及胶层剪应力分布等,并就补钉位置、刚度比及胶层厚度等因素对止裂效果的影响作了分析研究。通过修补前后裂纹扩展速率对比试验,验证了本文计算方法的正确性。方法及结论为实际结构的复合材料胶贴修补提供了理论依据。

Abstract: An advanced finite element method for analysing the behavior of cracked sheets which are patched with a fibre composite material is described. The numerical procedure is based upon the previous work by R. Jones and other authors. An analysis of stress intensity factor and adhesive shear stress is presnted. The calculations and experimental results of fatigue crack growth show that the method and conclusions in this paper can be used as a theoretical base in design of crack patching by adhesive bonding.
