摘要: 大扩张角扩压器流场分离将严重影响扩压器性能和出口流场分布的均匀性。研究采用涡控技术抑制扩压流场的分离,其涡控方案是在扩压壁面设计“涡穴”,在气流流动时产生旋涡,“涡穴”内的旋涡与扩压流场相互作用,改变了扩压流场中的速度分布,增加了附面层内的动量,从而抑制了分离的形成。研究了“涡穴”几何尺寸对抑制效果的影响。试验证明:在合适的“涡穴”设计下,“涡穴”旋涡具有明显的抑制分离的作用,并以流场参数的测定分析了涡控机理。

Abstract: Flow separation in diffuser with large divergence angle seriously affects the performance and flow distortion of diffuset. In this study the vortex control technique is used for suppressing the diffuser flow separation. The designed vortex trap on the diffuser wall makes the velocity distribution changed and increases the momentum of boundary layer near the diffuser wall. The effect of configuration of vortex trap on the suppression of separation is described in this paper. Based on the measuring parameters of diffuser flow the mechanism of the vortex control technique is also discussed.
