Abstract: The influence of temperature, strain rate and reduction on the flow stress of Gh169 alloy was investigated by compression test using Thermecmastor Z simulator for hot working. Based on the experimental data, the constiutive equation for GH169 alloy was derived. The proposed Constitutive equation provides scientific basis for estimating the capacity of equipment, formulating the optimal process variables and numerical simulating the forming processes of GH169 alloy.
