摘要: 采用展宽减薄丝束的薄层复合材料具有显著的就位效应,导致其变形和失效机制更为复杂,并显现出不同于常规的损伤失效规律,引起了科研工作者的广泛关注。本文从薄层复合材料冲击损伤角度回顾了自薄层复合材料工业化应用以来,各类薄层复合材料冲击失效模式、层间断裂韧性和计算分析方法的研究现状,总结分析了降低单层厚度对复合材料冲击损伤行为的影响规律以及薄层复合材料冲击仿真分析的建模要点,展望了薄层复合材料冲击损伤研究待解决的关键科学问题和未来的研究要点。

Abstract: Thin-ply composites show more obvious in-situ effect, which results in more complicated deformation and failure mechanisms, as well as variations in damage and failure behaviors. Focused on the impact behavior of thin-ply composites, this paper reviews the research advances on the impact failure mechanism, intralaminar fracture behavior and computational modeling methods of thin-ply composites. The effect of ply thickness on the impact damage behavior of thin-ply composites and the critical points for impact simulation are summarized and discussed. The key problems and major research directions for future studies in impact failure analysis of thin-ply composites are also discussed.
